This place is terrible! There are strange vents in every apartment, that ooze out brown liquid and smells funny! Utilities are so expensive, and the power and water go out at least once a month, so you loose all you food, and don't wake up in time to go to work! There are so many layers of paint on everything, I can't even get into my closets without taking the doors off! You pay $90.00 a month for undergound parking garage, and it is terrible! The lights are off in it at least once a month, so you cannot see anything in the place. The garge door always gets stuck up and anyone could walk in there. And, they allow this to happen, even after one of the maintence guys was attacked in December! The office people are only nice to you when you are moving in, otherwise they are no big deal, and don't accomidate to any of your needs! People just leave stuff in the hallway for other people to pick up, and it is all crap most of the time, and it just sits there, so you can't impress anyone with a nice clean appearence of the place! I have only been here for 4 months, and I signed a 6th month lease, and I am out of here when it is up! Location and the pretty lobby is the only thing great about this place!
