This place has potential! Great potential, and I like it, BUT it is so poorly managed. The place is filthy, maintenance does not clean up after themselves. If they have paint on their hands and it gets all over the elevator, then it's there for a while. The work is shotty and incomplete. The manager smiles and is friendly, but doesn't take complaints seriously - she underminds the problem "well, it's supposed to be like that" or "ohh well, that's normal, every place has that" - with regard to brown water spitting out on you from the shower. There are daily water problems, you never know when the hot or the cold water is going to work, and when it does when it's going to shoot out brown crudd. Maintenance doesn't always show, they make promisses that they don't keep, they do not contact anyone to keep them informed.
I live here, but I am frutrated and agry with the management.
Note: get everything in writing before you sign the lease (EVERYTHING) they have sales people on commission working there and they will promiss you the Earth to get you in, but much of what they say is not completely true.
