You know, this could be a really cool place, but the management is so unprofessional, maintenance is grossly incompetent and irresponsible - leaving messes everywhere, which do not get cleaned up for days. Imagine saw dust in the hall or even in front of your door with peices of wood and other debris there from some job they did days before.

My apartment is newly remodeled and looks great from afar. However, look closely and see all the flaws, shoddy work, sloppy paint, and the stupidest little things you'd never believe it. Point anything out to the manager and she will give you all kinds of excuses, minimize the problems, and make you feel as though you're just being nit-picky.

The WATER!! Oh my God!! It's nasty. Nothing like think dark brown crudd pouring all over you and in your hair in the middle of a shower. Brown crudd everyday and you never know if it's going to come from the hot water or the cold water, and there is never a warning. Office staff gets angry when you call them, and they have the nurve to say "it's normal" and "not unhealthy because it contains minerals." They refuse to do anything about it, and they refuse to even appologize for it.

Have a maintenance emergency' You may likely not get a call or a show of any kind. The answering service tries and tries to get ahold of anyone, but is sometimes unsuccessful.

Work orders are scheduled, but rarely do they show when they say they will, and the never call to let you know. Office staff states that it's not possible to call everyone everyday.. Are they missing THAT many appointments, that they cannot possible call to let people know they are behind'' Typical.

Residence are frustrated as hell. There seems to be no recourse to correct all the problems. The list goes on and on. I hate moving, who doesn't' But what other choise is there, but to look for a more appropriate place to live.

On the good side, the place has a lot of potential with great views. That's what makes it so frustrating, because you know this place would be great, if they'd just get their acts together. It's an aweful situation.

Best of luck to whomever chooses to take the risk of moving here. If we're all lucky, management will change in the near future. In the meantime, it's hell.
