Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
I was a resident for 6 months before I finally couldn't take it any more, and had to find residency elsewhere.

It is 2006 now and I am still in dispute with them over the lease and details of my complaints. They will not accept any responsibility for their failure to provide appropriate housing conditions.

There apparently is new management now, but looks as though the trend is continuing.

Pitty, place has potential.
