This place is full of young people, and it is often noisy. The walls are paper-thin, and now they allow dogs. If I could hear my next door neighbor having sex, I would hate to see what it would be like with a dog barking in the adjacent apartment.
Laundry is a problem: something like 300 units and they have 12 washers and 12 dryers. Hello! Who thought this was adequate'
Parking: don't let them fool you into thinking it is easy to find street parking in this area, because you will be in for a rude surprise. Even if you do find a spot, your car is somewhat likely to be broken in to. So, tack on an extra $100 for rent of a parking space per month.
Management Staff: not qualified enough to be fry cooks at a fast food joint (since the new ownership took over).
But, I moved into this place when I was right out of college, and I had some good times. It really seems to work for the college crowd, and the location is great. Just don't expect a grand display of classy behavior anywhere on the premises.
