This apartment building is ridiculous. I talked to a lady that has lived here for 10 years (suprised she's even stayed here that long) and they haven't replaced the carpet in the hallways in the time that she's lived here. GROSS!

We were told that our apartment would be getting new carpet. Nope. They just shampood it with some nasty smelling "cleaner".

The remodeling was supposed to be done after 1 month of me living here (I have lived here for 4) and they are just starting.

The "security" consists of some old dudes that I see sleeping randomly around the building and they JUST (as of aug. 24th 2006) installed the security system to the doors, so you need a card to get in...which is good...but took them long enough.

The exercise room is ridiculous. It has old equipment that barely works.

If you want to sleep, close your windows and turn on the fan so it drowns out the noise. there's a new nightclub downstairs (on lincoln) that plays techno ---- all night.

Also, if you're considering moving here, MAKE SURE THEY GET YOU IN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR YOUR UTILITY BILL!!!! I haven't even recieved my bill in the 4 months I have lived here and gone to the office repeatedly only to find out that I should get it "next month" (i'm told that every time i go down)

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS --------!!!!
