Don't move to the Mezzo. The management shows no real concern for the tenants. My neighbor had her laundry (2 loads) taken from the laundry room and they made absolutely no attempt to help her. They said it's possible that the cleaning ladies took it but never got back to her about it. They also REFUSED to look at the video camera footage, stating that their presence was only there for the protection of the BUILDING'S PROPERTY!!! Not the tenant's!!! Amazing. The water is rusty brown/red on a regular basis, and even when it's not, the water tastes horrible. Parking in the "secure" lot costs $100 a month and it is damn near impossible to find street parking within a reasonable distance. But forget all that, this building has 15 floors, right' 3 elevators would suffice if any of them worked half the time. I'd say at least one was broken down 99% of the time. No exaggeration. It wasn't uncommon for all 3 to be broken down. People would get stuck in the elevators daily. I had my elevator stop suddenly and drop a floor a few times. Almost had a heart attack. The management doesn't seem to take it seriously AT ALL. Also the trash is not thrown in a chute, it is kept in a closet on each floor. Resulting a rather unpleasant odor on every single floor. I really did not feel that the building and the apartment was worth the rent whatsoever. The only redeeming quality was having the liquor store attached. Just don't move there. No one likes it. I'm so glad I don't live there anymore.
