I currently live in the Mezzo. Unfortunately I have signed a lease and it is $1,500 to break but I am thinking about it.
First of all, the view and location are perfect. They are the reasons I moved in. Well, that and the newly decorated apartment. When we first moved in everything was painted nicely. There was new carpeting and a new kitchen. Too bad we didn't know how much effort was put into it... NONE! The cheap paint on the walls are CRAKING EVERYWHERE! our toilet bowl is brown because THAT'S WHAT COLOR THE WATER IS! I've been here for months and I have to spend a lot more than I thought I would on Drinking Water! I can clearly hear my neighbors conversations so I'm sure they can hear mine. Great. No privacy. It is one hundred dollars extra for parking.... which is a need. and I live on the 14th floor... The elevators break down at least twice a week. aAll 3 of them break down at the same time so I get to walk up 14 flights of stairs twice a week while I am PREGNANT. When I was in the elevator alone and it DROPPED 2 stories I was terrified. I went down to the office (by stair after being trapped in there for 10 min) shaking and told them what happend and the Manager told me that that was just a sign that the "ropes need to be replaced". Like nothing was wrong with that. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE IN AN ELEVATOR! Then I talked to other people that were unfortunate enough to sign leased as well and most said it has happened to them too. The others wer just sick of having to walk up 10 flights of stairs. So thank you MEZZO for having plenty of rust in our drinking and bath water, for my new lack of privacy, and my near death experience. Me and My lawyer appreciate it.

I as well lived at the Mezzo I just moved out of their a week ago. And i have to AGREE with you WHOLE HEARTEDLY 100%. The Mezzo is not all its cracked up to be, Well maybe the paint job. I was lucky enough to find someone bless his soul to take over my lease. Thanks god. If he had not takin over my lease I would have broke my lease. The Mezzo is way over priced.
