We lived at the Mezzo for 3 years. Everything was ok, even though they renovated all through this time, pretty much, but then they changed the management and it all went downhill from there.
I was going to the managements' office 5 times to remind them of our problems (which some of them never got solved), the parking is very expensive and they never cleaned the filters of the huge and old air conditioning machines that were in our apartment, therefore the air was unhealthy. Besides all that, the cleaning crew got changed, and the laundry room just kept getting worse and worse.
After we moved out, even though originally they said that the casual usage signs will be fixed by them, they held all of our rent deposit, and sent us a bill for extra money. Being out of the country we never received it, and they sent our information to collection agencies, with no second notice.
The building in itself is ok, but the current management is just terrible!
