Where do I even start''' Oh yeah, do yourself a favor and never live here.
I have lived here for two years, and it has gotten progressively worse.
- elevators are terrible. I have been stuck in 1 for an hour, and they break down frequently.
- heating system- It's from the 1950's and you have no control over the heat in your apartment. I sleep at night in the winter with my windows open and my ac going(that's really how hot it is)
- Utility bill is expensive for living in a apartment. My bill last month was $120 dollars. RIDICULOUS.
- Parking is bad. You can pay 90 bucks a month for a parking spot, or park outside where it's almost a guarantee that you will not find a decent parking spot within a couple blocks of the building.
- Water quality- A lot of the time the water is dark brown, and there is nothing you can do about it.
- Trash system- stinks up the whole floor!!!
- The building is old as hell, and is literally falling apart
- The leasing will raise the rent on you after your lease is up.
THIS DOESN'T EVEN GO INTO DETAIL HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS... NEVER LIVE HERE, I'M JUST LOOKING OUT FOR YOU ALL THAT ARE PONDERING LIVING HERE!!!!!!!
