I have lived at the Mezzo for 2yrs 4m. In that time I have had my car broke into in there garage completely cleaned out. When the detective asked the management for help with the investigation(video from surveillance cameras) they said they don't get involved in third party disputes. I had a storage unit the had the lock broke off and had my bike and some other items stolen. That time they told me when I was bringing it to there attention just so they would know with no empathy for the situation "you'll have to turn it into your insurance company that's why we require it". A third incident involved having my laundry stolen. The noise from other residents can be loud.
The rent increase this year was $130/month
Do yourself a favor and find something better I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
