The Mezzo's charm wears off quickly. I loved the place at first but after two years that is not the case. The newly appointed office staff will work hard to get you in, but could careless about their residents once that contract is signed. As for security and parking, yes it is the city and parking is hard, but the sad truth is your car is safer on the street than in our garage, more cars have been broken into the garage than on our street. As for the elevators, they are great if you live on 4 or lower, because they are always breaking down (usually with people in them), even the brand new one. And if something in you place breaks be sure to make friends with the maintenance guys, they will fix it, but the office staff will make you feel like an imbecile for even bringing it up. Lastly, the neighbors and noise- for the most part the noise is not too bad, but expect disrespectful people. The mezzo takes almost anyone as long as they can pay up. I cannot count how many times I have found dog poop in the hallways and elevators, sometimes left for days. Classy right' If you choose to live here expect disappointment and learn patience you will need it.

This review is spot on for any of us that have lived in the Mezzo for the past 2 or 3 years. Do not live here you will be sorry!!!!
