I was so excited when I found the Mezzo online. It looked wonderful and the staff was so helpful when I called. I was moving from another state and couldn't look at the place until I moved in, so I went by what people told me and that was the worst idea I ever had.
When I moved in there was still water in the tub and sinks from the last tenant. It took a full day for the office to even call maintenance. They allow aggressive dogs to live there, but just ask that people don't bring them into the office area. One of these aggressive dogs attacked my dog on the property and the management stated that they can't do anything about that then got irritated when I called animal control. People pee and throw-up in the stairways. I step over broken beer bottles in the stairways and on the front sidewalk almost daily. We also got letters on our doors about people throwing dog poop at other peoples windows and patios. We pay $100 a month for parking and there is a higher rate of break-ins in the "secure" garage then on the street. My apartment was one of the newly remodeled apartments when I moved in and it starting falling apart within two months. Twice they have left threatening letters on my door about paying rent late- posted where everyone can see- yet I had paid on time but they put the payment on some other apartments account. When I went to the office to fix it they acted like I was the one who made a mistake- TWICE. So much more I could say, but I will leave it there.

It was just a horrible mistake to live in this over priced dump. Don't fall for their gimmicks and fancy new lobby- it is not worth it!!
