Sherman Towe IS overpriced, but it's right in Capitol Hill, a prime location, right in the middle of the exciting Downtown life. The management is AWFUL, so I try to deal with them as less as possible. Debra is the worst. She's VERY rude and looks at you like you're a derelict! I can't stand her, and that is the feeling of other tennants in the building. She should NOT be doing customer service. Also, someone was murdered here by his caretaker earlier this year, and we did not receive ANY notice!!!
