I have been here only a month and am already trying to get out. The management is mean and rude and disorganized. Especially Stacey!!! Wow, she could make you cry. There are three elevators but only 2 have worked since I have lived there and often only one. They also wont let you reserve them on the weekends so people end up having to take off work to move. The gym is gross and has very limited equipment. The rooftop deck area is nice but tends to fill with overly drunk individuals. There is a fair amount of drug use cocaine, meth, weed etc and a lot of shady characters. I've found my neighbors puking in the halls, lighting fires on the rooftop and pouring lighter fluid in them, smearing pizza on the wall, and peeing off there balcony.....QUALITY... But I guess that is capitol hill. The parking is a mess and it is at least 90 bucks a month for a 3/4 space. There has been a lot of theft since I have been there as well. You will make friends though, as you wait 10-15 minutes for an elevator and find things in common as you discuss what a a crappy building you live in and when your do to move out
