I lived @ the mezzo for 6 months with my girlfriend. We moved to Denver from San Francisco for grad school and between the 2 of us we'd been to Denver once. The location is good...there are 3 or 4 bars within a block and a couple nice spots to eat just as close. There's 3 elevators servicing probably 500 people who live @ the mezzo, and it was very rare to find all of them working. You pretty much need to factor in nearly 10 min to grab an elevator on some days. We lived on the 4th floor, and most times it would take so long for the elevator to show up that I would walk the stairs, which I didn't mind. I can t imagine what it would be like to live on the upper floors. Noise from other tenants was ok. We rarely had any problems. Every time we had something that needed to be fixed, maintenance was there within a day. Street parking is terrible, so we got a spot underground for $100(parking, rent, utilities = $1,000.) There were some break-ins but we never had an issue. We also never had an issue with any bugs. Mezzo allows a maintenance guy named JOSH to call the towing company if you are parked out front for more than 30 min (9-6 p.m). Twice he towed my car and I never parked in front for more than 15 min, and it was always late at night. We figured he probably gets a cut for each tow....real shady in my opinion. Many others had the same issue with this guy. Probably the best part about mezzo is the sick view up top at the penthouse. The people at the leasing office were always nice. Everyone here has a dog. The laundry room is a pain in the ass. All in all, this place is very average.

I think the Mezzo is the ----. I love the office staff especially Brittany and Suzanne,both extremely nice and funny but Staci how ever is not. The maintenece crew is stellar, and always had taken care of whatever i needed within that day. I had a fridge issue but they completely replaced it!!They were always extememly organized, and i even got a check up call for a maintenece request from Brittany to make sure that it was taken care of the next day!!! I have never had that in any apartment I have ever lived in!! I moved out about two months ago, just to help a friend out but if it wasnt for her I would still be @ The Mezzo!!!!!!
