Worst apartments i probably ever will experience. the manager Chris is horrible. he doesn't care about the people living there. the pool was never heated and the filters did not work, and if they did it wasn't very well. noise all day and all night, people fighting, being roudy, screaming across the court yard. and all the neighbors were crazy. i was approached by a man who lived there who offered to sell me hard drugs. and if you have a dog, especially stay away. there is this old woman there who lets her viscious and aggressive dogs run around without leashes. my dog was bitten on several occasions by them. and she rarely cleans up their poop. kids ran around unsupervised well after dark. i had ants for the first two months in my apartment, and had to get rid of them myself. not to mention the noise in the parking lot from people dumpster diving two to three times a month. all the damage in my apartment from previous residents was cheaply patched or painted over. and the window in the bedroom leaked water all over the carpet every time it rained hard. no locking exterior gates or doors. and one night i found a bum sleeping in my car. the elevator broke down on several occasions. i was constantly cleaning my pots and pans from the sawdust that would get all over them every time i closed the cabinet door or the drawer above them. two of the outlets in the living room area would spark whenever i plugged anything into them. trust me STAY AWAY!

Agree it is awful place...People are sleeping at day time and yelling,screaming,fighting at night...Like gangs fight.Dogs ---- is everywhere.This old lady and her vicious and aggressive dogs are miserable.I could not allow kids go and play at playground because of them.They are barking 24/7.Very very very loud.My Husband is working at night and could not rest at all...Maintenance do not fix anything.Very scary,dangerous,dirty place full with terrible people. Run away!!!!!!!
