the apartments are not the problem--it is the management that sucks. They screw you over and over, don?t fix anything for at least 6 months, screw up your deposit, and overall are the biggest horses a**es I have ever met. If you are smart you will steer clear of this place!!! If you do decide to go in, make sure you give them a big "F*** YOU" from me

I think the person who wrote this review has a couple viable points, even though they are exaggerated to some extent. I must agree that the current management leaves much to be desired in terms of their priorities. It's true, that it seems to take much longer to fix relatively simple repairs than necessary. One thing to be considered is this property seems to have an extremely high turnover rate in terms of the maintenence personnel. There are over 100 units on this property and in my opinion, one person trying to fill requests on a 100 unit property would be impossible regardless of age, experience or efficiency. In this case, the property owners would be advised to hire extra maintenence personnel (Pleas NOTE: THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PERSONNEL AND ALL OF WHOM MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: 1) be a LEGAL resident of the US and can produce the appropriate documents (employer will screen thru NCIC, Immigration and all other channels, 2) Be able to speak, read, and write basic English. After all, it's always been my conception this IS an English speaking country. This would serve as a major part of the prescreening process
