Things Ain't What they Used to be!

The M. Square apts/homes was a well maintained facility as well a comfortable and relatively secure dwelling when my domestic partner-in-life and I moved here in 2004. The management was extremely friendly, helpful, and concerned for our well being. They knew who "belonged' here and who didn't.
The first and most important aspect of this not-so-good-change in needed attention from the owners other "higher ups" is the current 'on property' management staff. The main reason being where their priorities lie.
Example 1)they seem vigilant to have a friend's car towed for expired plates. There are some legal issues with DMV which are valid and will be resolved ASAP. I know what the lease says about this. However, doessn't the lease state there's to be no fighting or other crimminal acts on property.
2) Two drunk and disorderly women who were engaged in a fist fight allmost knocked me down when I stepped outside on Mon. August 13th around 9:30 PM.
3)On Sat., Aug. 4th apprx. 10 am, I was returning from running errands to find two people sitting on the doorstep leading into the building, not only intoxicated, but who were rapidly consuming alcohol right out in the open. One of them was barely concious--AT 10AM!!!! Isn't it illegal to be drinking in a non-permited public area'
4)The office hours ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FROM 9am-6pm and 10am-5pm on Sat. More often than not, whenever my hubby or I visited the office anythere from 3pm until 6pm, we'd find that little paper clock on the door stating they'll be back --THE NEXT DAY!
5) The outer door-from the parking lot into the building is supposed to be a security door. Unfortunately, it's been broken and hasn't functioned as such FOR TWO YEARS!!!!!! Often, I notice the door standing wide open all hours of the night, serving an an open invitation to vagrants, rapists, or any other miscreants who wander by. Which is more important' 1) Towing someone's car 2)safety and well being of the tenents' I rest my case on the first subject.
5) These folks are so trigger happy to tow someone's vehicle, that they must not be able to see the weeds that have taken over much of the property. At one time, this place was one of the most well maintained (inside and out) facilties in which I'd lived.
I went downstairs to do laundry a couple weeks ago and the laudry room looked like hurricane Katrina had revisited it-trash scattered on the floor, wet, seemingly dirty underwear on the floor, and a disgusting utility sink (which is located between the washer and dryer.
