Take the good with the bad

The big plus with Peppercorn is that they allow pets, specifically dogs. They allow everything but pit bulls, and I have seen everything, including pit bulls.
It's basically a dog owners apartment complex.
Which is great, if you like dogs.
The neighbors that own dogs aren't the problem in my opinion. It's the ones that don't own pets that are the problem.
You know, the drug dealers, and the families with 15 kids running up and down the stairs, and the teenagers who somehow have managed to sign a lease, but don't ever seem to work and are evicted within 3 months...by the cops.
The apartment itself is not bad...it's not brand new, but the price is right. Everything works, though the A/C unit is less than capable of cooling the apartment during the summer months.
Overall I would reccomend this place for dog owners.
It is also really conveniently located,etc...
I wouldn't consider making this my home forever...but it's not such a bad place to live in the meantime.
