I moved into Peppercorn 2 years ago, and have had a very good experience. The only reason I'm moving is because I bought a house in Northglenn! The staff has had some turnover, but all of the office staff and even the maintenance guys are really nice- very friendly.
I the only issue I had was with a plumbing problem. The guy had to come to my apartment 2 times, but he did get it fixed. Another thing to look out for is if you need to break your lease- it's expensive!
Denise, the leasing gal was always helpful and always returned my calls. I would stay, but it's time to own my own home! I have recommended Peppercorn to a friend of mine who needed a place, and I got a $300 discount- that was nice.
