Yes, the carpeting is old and ragged. Everything else in the apartment is in good shape. The apartment is quite nice, and large, for the price. Neighbors are quiet. Maintenance is helpful and quick to respond. Most of the office staff are quite helpful and friendly. In fact, the day I moved in I accidently parked in a wrong spot and was reimbursed by the leasing office for the towing charges. Grounds are nice and spacious, except for the idiots that throw trash on the grounds (but I suppose there's idiots everywhere). Oh, and also, they let you paint the walls, which is nice. I recommend living here.
