This place is in desperate need of a new coat of paint, but really if maintenance would just keep the friggin breezeways clean it would be ok. They allow people to put trash outside their doors so there are huge stains and nasty runoff on all the stairs and landings. The paint is chipping and peeling off everywhere (so you can see the building used to be blue). The carpet is disgusting, its obvious that its very old. Old stains started to show up about a week after we moved in and it only took a few days to tramp it down. The third floor is awful in the summer because the ac is nowhere near powerful enough to cool the place, and therefore you have 200$ electric bills every month. Its ghettofabulous. I wouldnt reccomend it, unless youre used to living in the slum.
