It was Peppercorn Apartments in the past but is now Montair. I've lived here for 2 years in which the first year it felt like they were allowing anyone to sign leases. During the second year I had numerous repairs to be made due the very old age of the apartments. My repairs still haven't been completed even with it going on another year! Honestly, what am I paying rent for' You MUST rely on maintenance since it is forbidden for you to hire a private contractor to get repairs done professionally. If you want your moneys worth, move to a community that has been renovated with new appliances and better staff.
