My fiance and I had decided to move there way back in March well they told us it was to early for them to even think about moving us in, we let it go because it wasn't the first place to tell us this. Well we came back the first week of June and they told us rent went up from 750 on the 1bed w/loft to 760 we were pretty understanding well they were very pushy about doing paper work that day, it was a wednesday, however my father wanted to be there for it so we didn't get screwed like last time, so I asked if we could come back sat. at 3. that was fine with them. I asked the leasing agent if I needed to leave her a deposit check to secure the rent and the apartment she said that it didn't matter, i then requested them not to cash it tell sat. morning since I wouldn't be paid until friday she proceeded to tell me not to worry about it she would lock me in at the rent rate and secure the apartment for us until 3 on sat. Well we showed up at 230 on sat only to find out rent went up to 775 and they expected us to pay it!! the leasing agent aparantly made a agreement that is against their policy and we were the ones having to pay. We gave up fighting with the woman their because she was impossible and didn't care. we asked her if the other lady screwed us and her response was, "ya oh well *ha ha * that's life" we decided to try to get the property manager to give us the deal of the 76o plus the free month and all they had advertised since it was her own employees fault we did not get it she basically told us to bad so sad and that she would do nothing, then proceeded to tell us if we couldn't afford it when rent only increased 15 dollars then people like us shouldn't be living there to begin with. (we actually would have had no problem affording it, but with the attitude and service we got we decided we were glad we didn't make the mistake of living there)

Sounds like the truth. The office manager, Maria, is a complete b****!! The only one worth dealing with is Corinna. There is an even bigger ditz there who doesn't know her head from her arse!
