Parking
Depending on where you rent you get one assigned spot or none. You always have to fight for your assigned spot with your neighbors. I have called security and even the tow company to get cars removed. I hate SUV's.

Noise
This is a low income family community. Sound proofing is OK. Sound comes through the heater area but other than that it is quite.

Grounds
They chopped down the tree near building 6. They re-coated the parking lot, but didn't repair anything. They mow the lawn regularly and recently painted the buildings a puke colored pastel. The people that painted the buildings didn't speak any English.

Safety
I'm a marine so I have a big gun in my apartment. I don't worry too much but my neighboors are low income people. I have had stuff stolen out of my truck once, and my bike cover has a cigarette hole. The people in general are blue collar workers. There are drug users here. There are people that don't care about causing a fire hazard.

Construction
Montair is remodeling which for the 2bd loft has an awesome improvement. An air conditioner in the loft, but for a $150 increase in rent I think not.

Maintenance
Their a bunch of ape's. The staff is very small. I have lived here since Oct 06 and they still have not come to fix my apartment.

Staff
Unhelpful only the manager can help. You have to show up in person to have progress. The lease agent have the intelligence of a highschool cheer leader.

Overall
This place is ideal for a personm looking for the most sq ft for the dollar. The pool is infested with mexican childern 24/7. The Staff needs work. They said that the new inverter's would improve the place. They just did improvement to increase profits.
