I have lived here a year and am not resigning my lease. Nothing got taken care of when maitnence was called and if it was it took them 2 months to get to it. the people in the office was very nice but didnt stand by there word and screwed me and a few other people i know that lived here over. My shower didnt work my sink leaked and the toilet broke around the same time. You cant wash the walls or the paint will come off or smear what your trying to clean all over the wall. The carpet is crap and even if you walk around in socks the whole time you live here it turns black and you cant get it out. There are better places to live chose a new apartment!
