The apartment staff is only professional until you move in. Then they don't give you a copy of your lease. They don't answer their phone, or return the messages that are left. They change the amount of your lease & site the contract that you were not given a copy of. The apartment starts falling apart a month after you move in, but you can't reach the staff about any of it. Cabinet fronts fall off, drywall falls apart, the air conditioning doesn't work & toilets break. No one ever answers the phone or returns the messages to get any service/repair work. They don't even allow you to bring in your own appliances. I will never lease from this complex, or any property owned by Holland Residential, ever again! (Please note that my rent started at $905, then pet rent was added on, then my rent was changed to $935).

Well I live here and you must be to lazy to go to the office. You know they are open 7 days a week. AND NO I do not work for them. Ya they could use some improvements but it has gotten better.

Not too lazy, just horribly sick. Next time I'll make sure to go in anyway. The staff will be infected by what I have and you can have it too.
