Work in progress

Montair is a work in progress. I have heard the nightmare stories and I have seen a lot of good. When we first moved in it was difficult to get some one out to fix things and have it done right. Since the new manager came in about a month ago things are starting to get better. They actually call you to see if you need something repaired. So anyone who complains about not getting things taken care of isn't trying to get them taken care of. The parking is ok at best but, they just started a new policy that is trying to clear the clutter of vehicles. The noise comes mainly from building 19 and from what I have seen through flyers and postings, Management is well aware of it and have given the problem people ample warning and they are starting to move out slowly. Other then that one building, I haven't noticed any other noise. The grounds are kept up really well but, there are people who don't care about the property and leave there litter anywhere they want. Management is constently sending out the maintence crew to pick up after everyone. I think that the apartments them selves are very nice and I personaly like them. Management is trying to get things going in the right direction and are working hard. It is definately a work in progress and would be something I reccommend to other people. In fact I did recommend Montair to my sister and she did move in.
