I hear that the rental rates have gone higher here at Orchard Crossing. But my lease renewal rate was not once cent higher than what previous management offered me two years ago! OK... so I am not getting a discount each month - but when I think of the difference in my neighbors here... there is NO comparison! Everyone thinks that it costs so much more to live here... you tell me how much has gas gone up in two years'''
I hear people griping that management is making them mad... because why' It is these same neighbors that I personally am happy to see move out! Their kids make a mess and these same parents dont even care. Well - I care. I live here too. While I see your kids playing - ok fine... but I personally am glad to see management clean things up around here. Even if it makes you mad and you say ugly things and are moveing out.
I am excited to see new people moving in these days and am hopeful that things stay beautiful here now!

Not to worry! The rates at most properties have gone up 28 percent or more. A 2 bedroom one bath with 720 square feet in Denver is going for $1200 and the parking is limited. The economy is extreme and it IS a dog eat dog world now with the real estate companies. Everyone wants to sell their their properties for a major profit and let the new owners deal with the past, present and future expences of said properties. Therefore whatever company purchases the property must deal with the past expenses (bills) as well as upgrading said property. This property is one said property snd the msnsgement company is doing the best to do so. Give it time and it just might just become a property anyone would be proud to live in.
