	7 Years and I love it here. Improvements are continually made and the management team is helpful, respectful, and caring. Great central location too.

	I'm starting my 7th year here at Park Cheesman Apt. I find it terrific! Great central location close to downtown, bus routes and easy access anywhere. Units are good sized and fairly quiet too! Living on the park is nice too!

	I love this place. I have been here for 7 years. Perfect location. It is close to Downtown, on the number 10 bus route or a 5 min drive. Plenty of parking and space. Plus the walls are all concrete ... more

	This is relatively a good place to live. The management staff is horendous. The manager, is very creepy he brought me to tears several times. Do not move here because of him!
