The wall's are so thin that you can hear conversation's, running water, your neighbors phone ringing, and yes people urinating in their bathroom. The floor is thin also. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are gross! I am a exremely clean person and I find roach poop in the cabinets. The cabinets are also very beat up. The carpet is cheap, the doors have cracks that let in lot's of cold air in the winter as well as the windows that I struggle to open and close. I will agree that Anita in the office is really rude. Everyone else has been very helpful. Parkfield is not a bad place to live, it's just over priced! Look across the street and check out Lakecrest at Gateway Park before leasing here. They charge the same rent and you get a real luxury apartment.
