Would Be Great Except..........

The apartments are nice and mine was very clean when I moved in. They're pretty quiet for the most part but our upstairs neighbors are VERY noisy and the office staff doesn't seem to care or try to do anything. Also, the apartments are VERY cold in the winter and heating costs are 2-3 times what they should be for the square footage. I would caution renters to watch the damage deposit, they're pretty shady with their charges, they have several non-refundable fees. Haven't had any problems with crime at all, parking seems sufficient, amenities are ok but I don't use them much. They do need more garages/storage units as you cannot rent one for love or money. My only other complaint is that the women in the office are EXTREMELY snotty!
