Our apartment is wonderful but we have been harassed by the people below us since the day we moved in. Their is no insulation between the floor so I hear everything they do and say and they hear every step we take. I had apt. security come to my door for vacuuming at 8:30 at night, meanwhile someone stole my sons bike, a friend of ours found his new truck on blocks and I one morning on my way to drop my son off at preschool I had an unleashed dog run into my apartment followed by his owner that never said a word to me. The grounds are covering in animal poop and warnings of assaults during day light were given out recently. Parking in our building is always full so we have to park along the curb or walk in the dark a distance which is not safe. We are leaving soon and will never return to this area. So far the front office staff for the most part is wonderful and very polite, they are the only reason that we have not left sooner.
