When I first moved in a year ago, these were decent apartments, within the past six months, a bunch of meth addicts and at least one apartment full of gang members has moved in and the office refuses to do anything about either. The meth heads play rock 24 hours a day, they never sleep and they never close their doors or windows. The gang members break into cars, steal tires and hubcaps and even play with guns in the parking lot without repercussions. The apartments themselves are ok, but there is a spider and bug problem, I've never seen roaches though. One HUGE warning, if you have pets, don't let them out. There are coyotes in a field across the street and they eat small pets! They also increased the rent $125 a month when my first years lease expired. Sorry, I'm not paying that much to be stuck between crackheads and gang bangers! One more thing, the maintenance people are EXTREMELY rude and not above screaming at the tenants.
