I moved in August of '05, and out Aug of '06. I moved out for family reasons not because i wasnt satisfied with the apartment. I had a 1 bdrm on upper level, i loved the layout and also the number of windows made it bright and refreshing. The couple of issues i had and notified the management about were taken care of right away, and the management was always very professional and friendly. The construction could be a bit more robust, as i could hear loudly doors slam in other apartments...and also the activities of my neighbors in their bedroom which shared a wall with mine. Better sound insulation would be nice. Everything inside the apartment worked well and there was ample parking. The pool and common areas were always well kept. All in all a nice place to rent. Only wish it were closer to town.
