I lived at Parkview Terrace for about a year and a half. For the most part, I'd highly recommend the apartments. For the price, they are a good deal. The staff is generally pretty quick to respond to concerns. It's a fairly quiet place.

If you have a lower floor apartment, be prepared for some noise from upstairs. Given when the building was built, it's a bit creaky. There was a bug problem in my unit which I think related mostly to someone living in my section who was far from clean. But, the building was very quick to respond to the problem.

Heat and air conditioning worked really well. Be sure to request a walk through of the specific unit you want to look at. Some of the apartments are remodeled and some aren't. I ended up with flooring that was far from what I'd expected, but the blinds and windows were in good condition. I liked the ceiling fan. The bathroom was a nice size.

This was written a long time ago - It is now a bad place to live! Staff is rude, nothing works, everything is falling apart, and costs way more than what it should be for what you get.
