Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I lived there for over a year and yeah it's old,stinky, and at times noisy. But I was also in a hole, I wanted the cheapest place to live and I most certainly got it. The workers around there always have a lot to do, but they fixed any problems I had within 45 minutes of calling the office. Just be friendly to your neighbors and they will be friendly back
