Going downhill fast

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Ever since management changed hands, this complex has steadily declined in quality. Appears to have a new policy of moving anyone in, which includes mostly these days ghettoblasters, rude and very loud neighbors. Don?t expect any peace living here at any time. Avoid, there are much nicer properties nearby that actually screen their tenants for around the same price.
