I have lived here for almost a month and the one major complaint i have is the very very thin walls. I can here my neighbors telephone ring when I am sitting on my couch watching tv. I will say that the maintenance crew does fix your work orders fairly quickly but other than that, I am lucky to live on the 3rd floor because I can't imagine what it sounds like when people walk.
