Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
This place is turning into slums. The
slumlord is in California. Maintenance is
minimal. Turnover in Management and
Maintenance is frequent. These apartments
are showing their age. Neighbors are rude.
Fairly noisy generally, in the courtyard area. The place is overpriced in the current
