Poor Management, misinformation, poor customer service

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived at Buckingham for about a year and a half. When I was first given the info I was told one thing but, after I moved in I was told another. Their management office doesn't know what they are talking about, and when you correct them with what they said they are rude to you. Not to mention its hard to keep anyone at their word when they change the whole office over 2 or 3 times in a year. Their maintenance people don't know what they are doing (ruined $250.00 worth of clothing) & didnt even fix the back of the fireplace just left it open for the fire to go up the walls. There are thin walls and rude neighbors. All in all I would say that, that apt complex is the worst place I have ever lived.
