Not a good place if you like to sleep well

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Stayed there for over an year. The entire building is made of wood (old wood, probably) and you know every step the neighbour above you takes. If you have people who are night owls over you, be prepared for VERY DARK circles around your eyes, not to mention the other "good" things that comes along with that.
