I have lived here for over 2 years. I don't have any major problems with this place aside from the walls being too thin and neighbors being highly inconsiderate of their other neighbors. The leasing office rents out the clubhouse for parties and such, and the people who rent it play the music way too loud which in turn rattles my entire apartment. When asking them to turn it down, one response was "but its my birthday", to which i replied if they didnt turn it down i would have to call the cops. I have had to call the cops about 20 times in the last 3 months due to people being inconsiderate. People throw cigarette butts on the floor, kids throw rocks in the swimming pool and scream at the top of their lungs for as long as they are outside playing. If this apartment complex has rules about not making unnecessary noise, they should definately enforce it, and make the parents watch the kids when they are out.
