I have to agree entirely with the last comment made. I moved to the Ponderosa Villas (formely Buckingham Station) 2.5 years ago. When I initially moved in, my husband and I were ran through all of these obstacles to move in. We were both working - had stable jobs, not the best credit but definately by far not the worse. We were a little pissed that the complex was giving us the run around as far as being approved to move in but we didn't mind because the complex was quite and the rent was very cheap. 2 years later, management has switched up, the name has changed and a whole lot of illegals and criminals have been allowed to move in with no problems whatsoever! How do I know that they are illegals - only one person in a household of 7 people speaks English (including kids). Loud music is heard from cars throughout the day and my neighbors went from family types to young adults who get high and drink all the time.
