After living here for 6 months and being forced to move because I was living in a unrenovated unit and rent increase of $100 a month I discovered more of a unethical management then I thought. I left my place in excellent condition. I had one carpet stain in the living room that was there when I moved in. I marked this on my move in sheet and thank god I kept a copy. I received a bill for over $400 for the carpet stain. When I went to them to get this fixed, they somehow misplaced the original paperwork and the girl that worked at the time that did the walk through no longer works there. I lived here for 6 months and mangement was horrible. I had problems that took forever to be fixed. I then was told I had to move because they wer planning to do renovation and I'm now being charged for this renovation. I'm still in the process of fighting this claim as it's not true and I have the proof. If you do chose to move here make sure to keep your copy of the move in sheet and make sure to take pictures. They will do anything to keep all of your money and take much more. Other then this, noise leval is horrible, management is horrible, swift resolutions to maintence issues...horrible.
