They will rip you off when you move out. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   They will notify you of walk through inspections of your unit just like communist living quarters, they will write off your unit as being clean and everything works but when you move out expect a unfriendly call from a BILL COLLECTOR from them about a carpet replacement.
