I usually don't post such reviews on any site, but thought I should try and help someone. I have lived at Ponderosa Villas for over a year (not by choice - but that's another story with these people) and have had nothing but problems. I am anxiously awaiting my lease term. The apartments themselves are very pretty, which made me (stupidly) overlook problems. I don't want to name specific issues in fear that I'll end up having even MORE problems, but I just want to say if all you are looking for is a pretty apartment and don't care about unsanitary carpets, bad plumbing, a manager with a bad attitude and a multitude of other problems, then this is the place for you. But if you want to be happy going home each day (unlike me), please do yourself a favor and continue your search. Hope this helps someone. (Do your research - "remodeled may just mean making everything appear pretty, but underneath everything is still old")
