I moved in 4/08 and cannot wait to get out. The apartment itself is nice, but if I am gone for 2 or more days then my faucets don't work right for a day. As other people have said, the walls are paper thin and my neighbor below me likes to have people over late on week nights. My car was broken into as well. I haven't had any problems with the staff; they always seen relatively pleasant to me. I did have a huge bug problem when I moved in. They sent an exterminator, but I don't think that helped- it was probably the change in weather. I am expecting to pay for all new carpet because there is a small stain in my living room---not very happy about replacing the WHOLE apartment. Also, my sink really starts stinking intermittently even though I keep this place spotless. I do like having my own washer/dryer. I thought the fitness center would be nice but there are no fans so you suffocate and there is nothing to wipe down the machines with
