i live at ponderosa right now and i hate it. its easy on the eyes but when you live there get ready for the ride. first of all they are over priced and lie about sq footage. there is only one girl in the office staff who is nice. Paul is sooo rude! Dont expect your sink and tub to drain. the kitchen sink will stink nomatter how much bleach you pour down. the kids in the area are always screaming. its ridiculous i can hear my neighbor downstairs coughing---yes coughing people. the walls are very thin. watch your car there are thieves on the loose. i just got a note on the door saying that thieves were breaking into first floor units through the patio. birds birds birds. i live on the third floor and they own my patio. i have never used it. they just poop all over it. dont even think about excercising too hard in the gym you'll suffocate in your own sweat cuz its soo hot. the central air is a joke it always breaks but your electric bill stays sky high and so does the water bill. i was gone for a month and came home with a 80 dollar bill. come on. im so scared that when i move they will attack me with all kinds of fees. dogs run this place and poop wherever they please. jesus help me and anyone stupid or desperate enough to live here after they read this you will regret it

Yes, this is so true. When our lease is up, we will be leaving. To add onto the last comment, the manager of the complex is SO Rude, I have never seen her smile. She walkes around the complex with her little rat dog pooping along the way, without even bothering to pick it up. She looks into every patio to see what see can ding you on next. She does not say anything when you walk into the leasing office, just gives you a dirty face.The water is shared among all the tenants but they wont tell you that your water bill is also paying for the lawn, pool, and the pond they drain for some reason every month, then refill. It makes no sense. The dog poop in the complex is so bad they had to hire an outside company to come by every week to pick it up, but that's still not enough. The windows are horrible. They leak in the rain, but the manager said there supposed to do that. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE...You WILL regret it...
